Good news! We've rescheduled Shannon Splash after having to cancel it due to poor weather conditions.
It will now be taking place on Friday 26th of July, 11am-3pm.
Shannon Splash is a water sports event that will take place in the water in front of Carrick on Shannon Rowing club run by Leitrim Sports Partnership and Swim Ireland with support from Waterways Ireland. The event aims to increase awareness of the importance of water safety and provide a fun and safe environment for young people to take part in water sports. The event is targeted at youth groups, foroige groups and scouts throughout Leitrim. Participants will take part in different activity sessions for in and around 20-30 minutes, activities will include water safety, water polo, diving and kayaking. In 2019 Shannon Splash will take place on Friday 26th of July.

Cost will be €5 per participant.
