Leitrim Sports Partnership is delighted to announce a Couch to 5K programme in Carrick on Shannon. This is a great opportunity get off the couch and onto the road with our Couch-to-5K program for beginners. The programme will begin in Carrick on Shannon on Wednesday 25th October and run every Wednesday for 6 weeks in total at 8pm. The cost of the programme is €20 for 6 weeks. Registration evening will take place on Wednesday 18th October at 7pm in Áras an Chontae, Carrick on Shannon, this Wednesday.
