Island expedition open to teenage girls taking place from Lough Allen Adventure Centre on Thursday 8th July from 10am-3pm. As a group we will paddle in Canadian Canoes to a local island. On the island we will do Bushcraft and survival skill with team building games. Fire lighting workshop with flint and steel. Shelter building workshop. The group will build their own shelters from materials found on the island. Team building for games for fun bonding experience. We toast marshmallows and drink hot chocolate at the campfire. BBQ on the campfire.
All covid guidelines will be adhered to. This programme is open to girls aged 13-18 years old for just €10 per child. This event is now fully booked however we are taking a waiting list, if you would like to be added to the waiting list please email sports@leitrimcoco.ie
